      Any advice on measuring -10V – 10V signals, such as those coming out of a compression/tension load cell (after amplifier)?

      One way to do this is to build a simple resistor circuit to convert the singal from -10-10 to 0-5V.

      I have attached a reference image and LTspice model so you can see how it works.
