I use PWM high side drive to control 4 CDC shock absorbers, with a control current of 0-2A for each CDC shock absorber and a control frequency of 1500H,. I use a 12V switch mode power supply for power supply, with a rated current of 30 amperes. When the total control current of the 4 CDC shock absorbers exceeds 3.6 amperes, the controller will activate overload protection and the control current will rapidly decrease to zero. May I ask what is the reason for this. I don’t have this problem using PWM low side drive to control CDC shock absorbers. The controller model is FlexCase G

      Hi David,

Is it possible that the power supply is limiting current and forcing the VCU to reset?
How inductive are the loads you are driving?
Which outputs are you using currently?
